1) Free delivery
In the Shifeng cloud shopping mall shopping, domestic freight free, remote areas charge additional freight. If there is any change in policy, we will inform you here in advance.
2) Distribution area
Covering mainland China (currently does not provide delivery services for overseas areas, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan delivery needs to charge 35 yuan, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Hainan, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Tibet, Xinjiang remote areas need to charge 10 yuan).

1.2. Logistics inquiry
The products sold by default by Shentong, Zhongtong, polar rabbit express delivery. The delivery time will vary depending on the logistics company and the delivery address. After delivery, the tracking number and logistics details will be updated on the order details page. You can also check your logistics status in real time through the logistics company website or customer service phone.
If you need to change SF delivery, you need to make up the difference, please contact customer service to negotiate.
1.3. Delivery time
If there are no special circumstances, delivery will be arranged within 72 hours after your payment, in case of major promotions, will be notified. If the goods do not arrive within 7 days after your order is completed, you can contact the logistics company directly with the tracking number. If you have a demand for delivery time during the order process, you can fill in your demand in the remarks field during the order process.
Note: Please note that even if the delivery date and time are specified, there may be delays due to traffic, weather and other irresistible factors.
1.4. Sign for and inspect goods
1) When you place an order, please keep your mobile phone unblocked, so that the consignee can personally sign for the goods on time.
2) Because most of the goods sold are valuable items, the signer should be the designated consignee of the order, and the consignee’s ID or the consignee’s mobile phone number should be provided when signing for verification.
3) Before signing, please carefully check whether the goods listed in the shipping list are completely consistent with the actual goods, and check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact. After confirming that the outer package is intact, please check with the delivery personnel the product model, appearance, color, quantity, accessories, gifts (if any gifts), etc. Please be sure to check carefully, once you sign, it means that you have checked and confirmed that our supply meets your requirements. If you ask for return or replacement of goods, color, quantity, accessories, gifts, appearance damage and other problems after the delivery personnel leave (except for quality problems caused by non-human damage), the company will not be able to handle for you because we cannot confirm the responsibility.
4) Because the site cloud purchase is a loss promotion, the product winner only paid 1 yuan cost, no winner participated in 1 yuan full refund, so, the site cloud purchase only guarantees that you receive the goods intact and effective, are not responsible for any form of after-sales service (only cloud purchase, except for the full purchase of goods), please be aware.
1.5. Disclaimer
The user must fill in the detailed and accurate receiving information (including the name of the consignee, the consignee’s telephone number, the consignee’s address, etc.). After the user orders, it will be delivered as soon as possible, but if the order is delayed or unable to be delivered due to the following circumstances, the mall does not assume the relevant responsibility:
(1) The information provided by the user is wrong, the address is not detailed, etc.;
(2) No one has signed for the delivery of the goods, resulting in failure to deliver or delay delivery;
(3) Force majeure factors, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
